Reach Your Potential Fitness is a mobile Personal Training company based in Cambridge city centre owned by Holly Boag, an experienced and qualified instructor within the industry. Today everyone has very busy life/work schedules and can find it tough to fit exercise in around that. That’s why I have made it as convenient for you as possible. I have all the equipment needed to reach your goal without a gym membership or stepping foot into a gym and can come straight to your door at a time that suits you. Anywhere in Cambridge city centre, surrounding areas and villages.

 

With a huge passion for health and fitness I aim to help as many individuals as possible change their lifestyle to a healthier one as I believe it is so important. I have trained people of all walks of life with completely different goals, from weight loss to building muscle, training for a specific sport or event, needing step by step guidance as you are new to fitness, training around injuries or just lacking motivation and needing someone to push and motivate you. I have the skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge to help you reach your potential!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Contact us via the Website/Facebook/Instagram or Email - reachyourpotentialfitness@gmail.com
You will then be sent a fitness and health questionnaire to complete along with a disclaimer form.
A 30 mins client consultation will be booked either face to face or over the phone to have a chat about your health and fitness questionnaire and to discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve from your personal training sessions.
Once you have had your client consultation,  your first session will be booked in. The first session will be a general session to assess your fitness levels and ability and then we can get started on your fitness journey!

Expertise: strength training, weight loss, HIIT, core
and abdominal strength, mobility, functional fitness,
kettlebells and training around an injury.

Indoor Cycling/Spin Instructor

Hatton Boxing Advanced Instructor
HIIT, Bootcamp, Circuits, Core and Body Tone Instructor
Level 3 First Aid at Work and AED
